Upon arrival, we found that the rooms were not close together as requested, and one of them was not ready, which was a bit inconvenient. There was a lingering smell of cigarette smoke in the room, but overall, it was a basic accommodation. The hotel staff were very helpful and even changed our room promptly when an issue with the TV arose. However, during early checkout at 5 am, there was a slight confusion with the procedure that took longer than expected.
